Returns:
Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our candles, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.

Damaged / Incorrect Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos as proof.
A replacement or exchange product will be delivered within 5–7 business days after verification.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable:
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are non-refundable.
